Information provided in the blogposts and pages of this website are written with best intentions to communicate what I do as an artist, teacher and art coach. The information is NOT intended to replace, or be a form of medical treatment.

I use my skills to assist people in restoring their creative innocence and experience authentic creative expression. I use The Journey Method especially to help people clear creative blocks.  I adhere to The Journey Practitioners’ Code of Practice.

The Client understands and agrees that they are fully responsible for their physical, mental and emotional well-being during and after all sessions, including choices and decisions made both during and at any time after the sessions.

This website and the intellectual property herein is owned and managed by Dr Suzanne Moss.

The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only as a mature adult of stable mind.

ORDERS, PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

By placing an order with Dr Moss through this site, or her Scheduler, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions on this webpage.

A contract between you, the Client and Dr Moss for the sale of services will only exist once an order has been accepted, paid for, processed and completed. All amounts are stated in Australian dollars. All purchase prices exclude Australian GST.

Dr Moss accepts payments by direct transfer and online payment via PayPal or Stripe invoice – giving Client options and a secure payment platform.  The price, availability and specific inclusions and special offers with regard to products & services are subject to change without notice.

Dr Moss currently trades as Dr Suzanne Moss, and Peace Room. 

The following terms and conditions apply to purchases made for her paintings and VIP art + coaching programs: ‘Paint from the Heart’, ‘Solace, Colour & Light: Make your Sacred Art’ & ‘Illuminate Mentoring.’

• Payment or part payment must be made at the time of application to reserve your place. Full payment must be made at least 10 business days before commencement of a VIP Course (one-to-one) or receipt of a painting and 1 month prior to commencement of a commissioned retreat-course.

• If Client requires a payment plan it will attract a 10% fee and be arranged using the Paypal invoicing system or by direct invoice, as mutually agreed. Full payment within 30 days of the initial contract invoice will not attract the 10% fee. 

• A place in a program is not guaranteed until suitability is determined by interview.

A place in a program is not guaranteed until payment has been completed 10 business days prior.

Failure to complete your payment 10 business days prior to the commencement date of your program may result in cancellation of your program and retention of your deposit.

When working in person, you may reschedule your program once without penalty by advising Dr Moss in writing (email) with 10 or more business days notice.

• A request to cancel your program before commencing it, which has been partially or fully paid for, must be communicated to Dr Moss in writing via email as soon as possible. The following conditions apply:

• For cancellations received 10 business days or more prior to your program commencement date, your 20% deposit is retained.

• For cancellations received 9-6 business days prior to the program commencement date, a 50% refund on your total purchased course fee applies.

• Cancellation at 5 business days prior to course commencement or less, or no show, there is no refund.

If you are unable to attend a session at any time within your program, for any reason, refund, credit or replacement classes are not available. If your program involves travel, travel insurance is highly recommended.

• Rather than cancelling a program booked and fully paid for, is to transfer it to another mutually agreeable time within 6 months, or take another kind of program of the same or similar value. You may also transfer your booking to another interested person given their suitability determined by interview and application.

Refunds are made within 5 working days.

With regard to the online programs within the Web App Think Paint Love, you may opt out of a monthly program at any time. Please note: partial month refunds are not available.

With regard to Illuminate Mentoring Programs: Now fully online, programs of 6 sessions (including special offers of a 7th Session) booked and paid for on or prior to 28th February 2021 must be completed within 12 months from the purchase date in order to receive the 7th Bonus session.

Programs booked after 28th February must have completed 6 sessions of mentoring within 6 months in order to receive the 7th Bonus session, to be used within the following month.

GROUP RETREAT PROGRAMS

• A 2-5 day group course for up to 10 people may be booked with Dr Moss where there is a convenor who organises participants, venue hire, payments and refreshments. Participants return their applications to Dr Moss and payment to the convenor 60 days prior. The convenor completes payment to Dr Moss 50 days prior so that bookings and travel arrangements can be made. 

Should the course be cancelled due to unforeseen event/s (such as bushfires, floods, pandemics), A full refund will be given to students who have registered and paid should they NOT wish to wait for a re-scheduled event.

• These policies are for all participants in Dr Suzanne Moss’s programs from the 1st of July, 2022.

IN SUMMARY: 20% deposit is required when booking a program or workshop to reserve your place. As the booked time is no longer available to others and unlikely to be re-booked at short notice, consequently, deposits are non-refundable on cancellation.

IMPORTANT: However in the event of sudden onset illness, injury, or accident preventing Client from attending, it is Client’s responsibility to arrange for Dr Moss to be contacted as soon as possible PRIOR TO COURSE/RETREAT COMMENCEMENT DATE in order for the course/retreat to be rescheduled. In the event that Dr Moss is not informed and Client fails to attend, Client is registered as ‘no-show’ and no refund given. 

In the event of natural disaster, border closure, or lock-down as ruled by state jurisdiction, payments made in part or full, can be fully transferred to a time mutually convenient to both parties within a 12 month period. Deposits are non-refundable.

NOTE: It is the Client’s responsibility to inform Dr Moss as soon as possible in the event of not being able to attend a course/retreat with as much notice as possible, with reference to said jurisdiction.

All intellectual property, including the programs, workshop and/or course materials, shall remain the sole property of Dr Suzanne Moss.

No license to sell or distribute Dr Moss’s materials is granted or implied. By purchasing any of the programmes or workshops, Client agrees (1) not to infringe any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights, (2) that any information shared by Dr Moss is confidential and proprietary, and belongs exclusively to Dr Moss, (3) Client agrees not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than for their personal art practice and/or in discussion with Dr Moss and colleagues within the group mentor-coaching program. Further, by purchasing this product, Client agrees that if Client violates, or displays any likelihood of violating, any of Client’s agreements contained in this paragraph, Dr Moss will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations and to protect against the harm of such violations.

In using this Website, you must:

  1. Provide us with accurate and complete information;
  2. Not violate any applicable laws, or use this Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions;
  3. Impersonate any person;
